£50/user/month
£250 monthly minimum
Proactive monitoring, routine management and personal support, with scope agreed for your business.
Pay As You Go
£70 /hour
Occasional help, without a monthly retainer or proactive management.
Additional managed-client work
£45 /hour
Billable work outside routine managed support, where applicable.
Prices shown exclude VAT. VAT treatment will be confirmed on your quotation. Projects, hardware and subscriptions are quoted separately. Full scope and outstanding terms are set out on our pricing page.

Where are you based?
Compufix is based in Chester. We provide on-site support across Chester, Cheshire and North Wales and remote support to businesses anywhere in the UK.
How much does managed IT support cost?
Managed IT Support is £50 per user per month with a £250 minimum. Pay As You Go is £70 per hour. Prices exclude VAT.
Do you support both Windows and Apple devices?
Yes. We support Windows PCs and Apple Macs.
Can you look after our website as well as our IT?
Yes. We offer WordPress maintenance, security and recovery alongside domain, DNS and email management.
