How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record keeping, then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at support@compufixgb.com or on 01244 728191. When we erase an enquiry it is permanently removed from our enquiry system, including its notes and history.

Website analytics

We record which page, campaign or search led you to an enquiry form so we can understand which services are useful. Optional analytics cookies are only used if you accept them. Marketing emails are only sent if you separately opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
